The lovely Talaya Bungalows have undergone a major renovation project which has completely transformed the bungalows to be of the highest quality available in Formentera.

They have a new exterior and new interiors including a luxury kitchen and bathroom.

Large aluminium windows have been fitted to all the rooms and the terrace doors are full size sliding windows. The bedrooms have double beds and the terraces have been extended as decking into the garden areas.

Air conditioning has been installed throughout and flat screens fitted with satellite TV. The gardens have been re-designed to enable better sea views and the plants re-positioned to give space and light for relaxing in the sun.

The luxury Talaya bungalows are set in their own extensive gardens bordering directly onto the sea at the western end of the beautiful Migjorn beach.

From the bungalows, a path leads directly through the dunes to the beach.

A selection of shops and restaurants are only 600m away in Can Mari with the excellent, family-run, Real Playa restaurant just 200 metres along the beach.

The island villages of San Fernando, Es Pujols, Es Calo and the capital San Francisco are only 3 to 5 km distant.

Each of the two buildings comprises five bungalows with one bedroom, and two studio bungalows (the beds are in the living room, there is no separate bedroom.
