- 5 detached villas located in the pine wood of Es Caló, with 1 or 2 bedrooms.
- 3 apartments located in the old distillery in the centre of Es Caló, with 1 or 2 bedrooms.

The properties are just a short distance from the small fishing port of Es Caló and the beach where you can sunbathe and swim in crystal clear waters.
Close by there are beautiful coves ideal for snorkelling, kayaking and paddle surfing.
