Rob Leadley began teaching yoga in 2002 in York, England and now has senior Yoga Teacher status with Yoga Alliance UK.
Rob offers three forms of yoga, each of which provide a method to strengthen the body, mind and spirit.:-

Yoga is a skill that is developed over time. These forms are challenging but with patience, persistence, determination and lots of practice you will reap the benefits of a calm, focused mind and a strong body.

I am now offering retreats Yoga-On-Formentera and Yoga-On-Mallorca, coachings and workshops, publish Apps and eBooks "Yoga-On-Flow" and "Yoga-On-Coach". End not in sight!

Olga Dargel - Yoga teacher & massage therapist
My passion is yoga, practicing yoga, teaching yoga and giving massage therapy.
I have taught yoga over 5 years with experience in ashtanga yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga & many other styles. I finished my first 200 hour yoga alliance certified teacher training in 2011 frankfurt/ germany. Thereafter a couple of certificated and non certificated trainings followed.
My passion for yoga, the philosophy of the mind, the practice & anatomy of the human body grew, the more I learned about it.
From the first moment yoga felt like a journey through the body, the mind, the soul, the people and the nature around me, to connect with all of this is what I love and what I want to share.
I like to teach personal classes, as well as group classes.
Yoga is for me a moving meditation where you find the connection between breath, mind and body.
I like to correct the individual with words & adjustments and still keeping the flow of energy through the asanas during the yoga class.
While I give a massage I keep the same focus on the breath, on the structure of the individual anatomy and on the flow of the energy that it becomes an enchanted experience.
Everything I do, I try to do with awareness & love.
STABILITY in MOTION defines Yoga Yoss’ core, an attitude of thorough unity of body and mind.
Through the perception of our body we can free ourselves from our habitual mental and emotional patterns.
YOGA YOSS method combines various yoga styles and martial arts; it is dynamic, creative, choreographic and characterized by sequences of energetic awakening, breathing and creative movement.
Yoss Giancarlo Miggiano has been teaching since 1996 with an international certification by Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 e RPYT, and a national certification as Experienced Yoga Master by CSEN/CONI.
He is currently dedicated with joy and passion to direct Yoga Suite, the centre that he founded in 2011, and to teach group courses, workshops, world retreats and teacher training courses.
Yoss is also member of the Board of Directors and of the Technical Committee of CSEN/CONI, National Section of Holistic Disciplines of Wellness.
