Our prices can be seen if you click on the 'read more' detail of the property and select the pricing tab on the Formentera accommodation page

What Your Accommodation Price Includes 

• Fully equipped and furnished villa, apartment, bungalow or studio.
• Linen and towels (changed regularly), except beach towels.
• All property services, e.g. gas, electricity and water.
• Maid service for the cleaning of your property (frequency varies).
• The services of our local manager to give you advice, assistance
  and information.

What’s Not Included 

• Flights
• Holiday Insurance
• Transfers
• Ecotax

Most accommodation pricing is based on the number of occupants in the property.

We offer a discount for children, for example - a family of 2 adults and 2 children must use the 4 person rate and deduct the nightly discount rate for each child.

Generally speaking, infants are included for free in all properties and there is a small charge for cots.

We try to keep all the prices for our accommodation up to date on this website, however we reserve the right to confirm prices on booking.
