We hired cycles and saw most of the island. We visited most of the beaches, but usually went back to our own at Es Calo – we stayed in the village it was less crowded. The swimming here was fantastic, we had never tried snorkelling before but went out and bought masks etc and soon mastered it. And what a sight it was on the sea bed under that lovely clear water.
